Independent training terms, subject to final review before launch.
The service
This website is operated for Kevin Clarke’s independent TIDES training services. It does not represent the Department of Tourism Regulations and does not issue official Government certificates.
Requests and confirmed arrangements
A registration is a training request. Preferred dates, venues, and training modes are not confirmed until the trainer provides confirmation. Business bookings initially require at least 10 participants. Individuals are grouped when 10 compatible participants are available.
Fees
Current Government fees and any separately authorised independent charges will be confirmed and disclosed before arrangements are finalised. This website will not collect online payments in the initial release.
Certification and completion
Attendance and completion records reflect the training delivered. Official certification requirements and verified certificate information are distinct from an independent record of course completion.
Changes and cancellation
Confirmed cancellation and rescheduling policies will be added before live bookings open. Participants will be notified when confirmed arrangements change.
Information accuracy
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate registration details. Legal summaries are informational; current statutory obligations should be checked against official legislation and Department guidance.
