Why information will be collected
Kevin Clarke’s training service will use registration details to assess training requests, organise compatible groups, confirm sessions, maintain attendance and completion records, and communicate about your booking.
Initial enquiry information
Individual enquiries will request name, contact details, island, relevant employment or sector information, certification type, and training preferences. Business enquiries will request organisation details, a contact person, group size, and training preferences.
Sensitive documents
Date of birth, immigration status, identification documents, and passport photographs will not be collected for initial enquiries. A later document intake will require a verified purpose, authority, restricted access, retention rules, and an appropriate notice.
Access and service providers
Applicant records will be available only to authorised administrators. Hosting and email providers must be identified and assessed before production. Information will not be placed on public pages.
Retention and requests
Retention periods for enquiries, bookings, attendance, notification logs, and any later document intake will be confirmed and implemented before launch. A confirmed privacy contact will be provided for correction, access, and deletion requests, subject to applicable obligations.
Private registration links
Expiring private links let individuals view their own registration and business contacts manage their own booking. Anyone possessing a link can access that record; keep it confidential. Employee invitations are bound to one email address, expire after seven days, and can be used once.
Cookies
The Laravel application uses essential session and security cookies. The Phase 1 design does not include advertising trackers or analytics. This notice must be updated if that changes.
Registration consent
Applicants will acknowledge the privacy notice at submission. Any optional marketing communications require separate consent. Registration communications will concern training arrangements.
